At Xtrnds Jewels, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below:

  • Shipping Coverage
    We currently ship orders within India only.

  • Shipping Partners
    We collaborate with the best Courier delivery companies for fast and secure delivery.

  • Dispatch & Delivery Time
    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
    Delivery timelines may vary between 4 to 10 business days, depending on your    serviceable PIN code and courier availability.

  • Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via your registered  email ID and/or mobile number.

    You can use the shared tracking link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

  • Shipping Charges
    All products are inclusive of Shipping Charges within India.

  • Delays
    While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

  • Stock of Jewellery
    If the item is not available in stock or required size, our skilled craftsmen will create it especially for you. Such made-to-order pieces are shipped within 21 business days from our workshop.

  • Address Accuracy
    Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. We will not be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Exchange and Returns are accepted in case of defective pieces and a Credit will be provided of the same amount. Customers can purchase any products they like.

  • Any return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging when returned for inspection.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement as applicable.

  • Any Refunds if they are applicable will be added to the account as Store Credit.
